Jolien Robijns obtained her master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at Hasselt University, Belgium, in 2014. In October 2018, she graduated as a Doctor in Biomedical Sciences at Hasselt University under Prof. Dr. Jeroen Mebis, Head of the Medical Oncology department (Jessa Hospital, Hasselt, BE). Jolien presented her research at several (inter)national conferences in the field of oncology and PBM. She received several prizes for her research, which has gained attention in the Belgian media. Dr. Robijns is also a member of the Belgian Laser Group, WALT, ASLMS, and MASCC.
